Situatedin the heart of Newquay,
Cornwall, and offering accommodation for up to 7 people, Trenance
View is the perfect holiday rental. The bungalow is in a quiet residential
area only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and close to the family
beaches. Pets are also welcome at Trenance View. Its ideal location
means it is situated only a short walk away from Trenance Gardens
and leisure complex, with its new Crazy Golf Circuit. This also contains
Newquay Zoo, Waterworld and Newquay Sports Centre. The boating lake
and Newquay Riding Centre are also a short distance away.
This Newquay
holiday bungalow comprises of two light and airy double bedrooms,
Lounge, separate Dining Room, and Kitchen. The spacious bedrooms are
fully furnished with wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables and
lamps, all bedding is supplied. Bedroom 1 has a romantic feature King
size brass bed, and the attractive second bedroom has both a double
and single bed, and the lounge also has a very comfortable double
sofa bed.
There is a comfortable, large lounge which can easily accommodate
all guests and has a flat screen TV, DVD player. The separate dining
room has a dining table large enough to seat all guests. Alternatively
you can dine on the outdoor furniture in the patio area of the garden.
The kitchen is a “home from home”, fully stocked with
appliances including washing machine, fridge, freezer, tumble drier,
microwave oven, halogen hob and electric fan assisted oven.
The bungalow is suitable for families and couples but we regret that
we cannot accept all male or all female groups
The bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with
a double shower with thermostatically controlled power shower, toilet
and washbasin. The bungalow benefits from gas central heating with
thermostatically controlled radiators in each room. A cleaner will
also visit once a week.
Externally there is a small front garden that sets the bungalow back
from the road and side access is provided to the rear of the property.
The rear garden is fully enclosed allowing you to relax in private
on the sun loungers and soak up the sun on the lawn or patio area.
There is also a separate outbuilding which is lockable and can provide
additional storage for beach items or provide additional drying facilities.
Unrestricted Parking is available on the road immediately in front
of the property and for that last minute trim, within a very short
walk of the accommodation there is a hairdressers.
